NCAT Member Recruitment – Various full-time Member roles

Announcement – 13 June 2025

The Attorney General is seeking applications from qualified persons for appointment to the following roles within the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

• Principal Member (Full-time), Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division and Occupational Division (job reference number 75459)
• Senior Member (Full-time), Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division (job reference number 75468)
• 2 x Senior Member (Legal) (Full-time), Guardianship Division (job reference number 75454)

Applicants must be Australian lawyers of at least seven years’ standing, have high level legal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Applicants for the Principal Member role should also have demonstrated management skills.

Applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged.
