NCAT fees and charges from 1 July 2025

NCAT's fees and charges for the filing of applications, appeals and other services will change on 1 July 2025.

Key changes

• Fees and charges increase in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
• No fees for certain matters including Guardianship Division applications, anti-discrimination and community services.
• A concession rate (25% of the full fee) is available for eligible persons.  
• Parties experiencing serious financial hardship may apply for a fee waiver.

NCAT’s fees and charges are prescribed under Schedule 2 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulation 2022.
