NCAT will gradually resume in-person hearings over the coming months. Matters that are currently listed will not be impacted by this change.

Your hearing notice includes important information about whether your hearing will take place in person or remotely (by audio visual link (AVL) or telephone). Do not attend in person if your matter is listed by AVL or telephone.
