Changes to COVID measures at NCAT

The measures and precautions put in place at NCAT in response to the COVID-19 pandemic are now changing.
Procedural Direction 6 Filing of documents - revoked
Procedural Direction 6 suspended the operation of instruments concerning the filing of documents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Procedural Direction 6 is revoked from 1 May 2023.
Return to in-person hearings
NCAT is gradually resuming in-person hearings.
Please check your hearing notice carefully. It includes important information about whether your hearing will take place in person or remotely (by audio visual link (AVL) or telephone).
