New virtual hearing telephone number

Parties have recently reported some technical issues connecting to NCAT's virtual hearing telephone number (02) 8688 2222.

Parties who are joining a virtual hearing by telephone (audio only) are encouraged to use NCAT's new virtual hearing telephone number (02) 9765 5580. Both telephone numbers will continue to work however the new number provides a more stable audio connection.

To connect to an audio or video conference you will be required to enter your meeting ID. These details can be found in your hearing notice.
