Case types
The Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division reviews administrative decisions made by NSW Government agencies. These include decisions about:
- Access to government information
- Privacy of personal information
- Community services
- Firearm licences
- State revenue
- Victims recognition or restitution payments
- Working with children checks
- Reviews of other government agency decisions
The Division also resolves anti-discrimination complaints referred by the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board.
