NCAT Online Services is available for Consumer and Commercial Division cases only. For all other Divisions please download an application form in PDF format.
Check the case type page or legislation for orders NCAT can make. Gather any supporting documents.
Register or log in to NSW Online Registry. Note: 100 points of ID are required.
NSW Online RegistryGo to NCAT Online Services to start a new case. The process takes approx 30 minutes.
NCAT Online ServicesSubmit your application payment using a valid credit or debit card.
Fees at NCATAfter submitting you will receive a confirmation email with your application copy.
If you are unable to use NCAT Online Services, please download and submit your application using the appropriate Consumer and Commercial Division form in PDF format.
