Temporary closure of NCAT Liverpool Registry

Due to the growing COVID-19 outbreak in south-west Sydney the NCAT Liverpool Registry will be closed to the general public until further notice. NCAT's phone line and online services remain operational during this time. 

Applications and filing of documents

Parties can continue to lodge applications online or by post. Submissions, evidence and other secondary material should be lodged by post. 

Hearings

There will be no in-person hearings until lockdown restrictions are lifted. Hearings will proceed by audio visual link (AVL) or telephone if possible. If you have not been contacted with alternative hearing arrangements please contact NCAT on 1300 006 228.
