NCAT can review administrative decisions made by NSW Government agencies.

Review of decisions about accessing government held information
Review of decisions about children services, authorised carers and adoption services
Review a government agency decision about a firearms licence or permit
Review a government agency decision to refuse or revoke a license
Review a government agency decision about the privacy of your personal or health information
Review a decisions made by Revenue NSW about a tax assessment or State grant
Review of decisions made by the NSW Commissioner of Victims Rights
Review of Working with Children Check decisions made by the Children's Guardian
There are a number of other government agency decisions that can be reviewed by NCAT
NCAT can hear appeals from certain decisions made by external decision-making bodies.
