Review a government agency decision to refuse or revoke a licence
Review a government agency decision about the privacy of your personal or health information
Review a decision made by Revenue NSW about a tax assessment or State grant
Review a decision made by the NSW Victims of Crime Commissioner
There are a number of other government agency decisions that can be reviewed by NCAT
NCAT can hear appeals from certain decisions made by external decision-making bodies.
