What happens next?


After you apply to change or end your financial management order we will:

When you apply, you might tell us about people who are important to you.

When we have enough information, we will have a hearing.

A hearing is when the tribunal decides if a person can’t make decisions on their own.

A hearing is how we make decisions:

We will tell you:

What happens at the hearing?

It’s important you come to the hearing so we can:

At the hearing, we will:
