NCAT Act Statutory Review Report now available

Announcement – 13 January 2022

A review of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 was recently conducted by the Department of Communities and Justice on behalf of the NSW Attorney General.

This review was conducted under Section 92 of the Act. Section 92 provides the Attorney General is to review the Act after 5 years to determine whether the policy objectives and terms of the Act remain valid.
