Our website uses an automatic service to translate our content into different languages. These translations should be used as a guide only. See our Accessibility page for further information.
It is an offence to take photographs or use recording devices in hearing rooms and NCAT premises.
Mobile phones must not be used during a hearing and must be switched off. If you need to make a telephone call you will need to leave the hearing room.
Do not bring any cameras, video recorders or sound recording devices as they are not permitted in the hearing room and may be confiscated.
Reporters and representatives of the media should make their presence known to NCAT staff before entering a hearing room or at the beginning of the hearing.
Media is permitted to take notes during the hearing, provided it does not involve using a recording device to record or transmit sound or images.
