Application process
To apply to NCAT you first need to identify your case type then complete an application form

NCAT uses a range of alternative resolution processes to help parties resolve their dispute

Appeal an NCAT decision
Certain Tribunal decisions can be internally appealed to the NCAT Appeal Panel
