Appointment of Rashelle Seiden SC as NCAT Deputy President

NSW Attorney General Michael Daley has announced the appointment of Rashelle Seiden SC as a judge of the District Court of NSW as well as Deputy President and Head of the Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division and Occupational Division of NCAT.

Ms Seiden commences her 5-year term as NCAT Deputy President and Division Head on Monday, 15 April 2024.

Ms Seiden was previously appointed as a Principal Member of NCAT from 2014-2019, and from November 2023 to present. Prior to NCAT’s establishment, Ms Seiden was a Deputy President of the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal.
